• Do not place products in the dishwasher.

3D‑printed pieces may be more fragile than mass‑manufactured plastics.

• Avoid bending, twisting, or applying excessive force.

• Keep away from open flames or prolonged direct sunlight.

  
  

Child Safety  

Many items contain small parts and are not intended for children under 3 years old.

• Do not leave products within reach of young children.

3D‑printed products are intended for decorative or light‑duty use unless otherwise specified.

Because our products are made to order in your selected design and color, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We’ll be happy to work with you on a replacement or refund.

Order cancellations may be accepted if printing has not yet begun.

Please remember that visible layer lines and small variations are a normal part of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects.

Every item is printed especially for you! Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your order to be printed, prepared, and packaged.

You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped. Shipping delivery times begin after the order has finished printing and may vary by carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need your order by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can have it ready in time.
