Because our products are made to order in your selected design and color, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We’ll be happy to work with you on a replacement or refund.
Order cancellations may be accepted if printing has not yet begun.
Please remember that visible layer lines and small variations are a normal part of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects.
